RN3U Cordless Cap Lamp
Performance series – for Mining and Industrial Applications without the need for Ex Certificate
The RN3U Cordless Cap Lamp is designed for underground hardrock mines, tunnelling, surface operations and industrial applications where there is no need for cap lamps to be Intrinsically Safe. The RN3U has three LEDs. The Main LED is in the middle of the reflector and is used for both normal and high-beam illumination. The two Emergency LEDs are located on each side of the Main LED. They operate when the cap lamp is in Auxiliary mode. Auxiliary mode is used for emergency situations when a low light is used for extended periods of time.
